“Al Sagr” has been present in Saudi Arabia since 1983 first as a branch of Sagr National Insurance Co. of Dubai and later as agent in Saudi Arabia for Al Sagr Saudi Insurance Co. (EC) incorporated in Bahrain with an offshore status.

Today, we are a fully licensed insurer under the Saudi Arabian insurance regulations trading under the name Al Sagr co-operative. As a public shareholding company, we are listed in the Tadawul stock exchange with a capital of Sr. 200 million.
